Privacy Notice

Kidlytics holds the information you enter: your account details, your family and the children you add, schedules and exchanges, money requests and contributions, messages you send inside Talk, and anything you save through Cue. Optional child photos are stored only if you upload them.

Information belongs to your family, not to the internet. Adults see what their membership in your family allows, and more sensitive material — photos, message bodies, money detail — is restricted further. Nothing about your family is public, and nothing is shared with another parent or another household unless you take an action that shares it.

Cue can help you prepare a message or organize a plan, but it does not send, schedule, pay, or agree to anything on your behalf. A person reviews and approves every outgoing action.

When you ask Cue for help, the relevant context you have access to is sent to the model provider that generates the response. Cue is limited to lower-sensitivity context by design. Photos, message bodies and financial detail are not sent to AI assistants, and connecting an outside AI client requires your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Privacy & Security.

Kidlytics is a product for parents. Accounts are held by adults, and children do not sign in. Information about a child is entered by the adults responsible for them.

You can review and edit your profile, change or remove information you have added, and sign out of your account at any time. If you would like a copy of your information, or you would like your account and its contents removed, contact us and we will handle the request.
