Kidlytics

Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Kidlytics. Kidlytics is currently in founder testing, which means the product is still changing and these terms will be updated before general availability.

Who may use Kidlytics

Kidlytics accounts are for adults responsible for a child. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens under your account.

How the product may be used

Use Kidlytics to organize your own family. Do not use it to harass another person, to impersonate someone, to collect information about a family you are not part of, or to attempt access to anything your account is not entitled to see.

Your content

The information you enter remains yours. You give Kidlytics permission to store and display it so the product can work for you and for the other adults in your family. You are responsible for having the right to enter the information you add.

Approval stays with a person

Cue and other assistance features prepare drafts and suggestions only. Nothing is sent, scheduled, paid, or agreed to until a parent approves it. You remain responsible for what you choose to send or agree to.

Kidlytics is not legal or financial advice

Kidlytics helps families keep records and coordinate day to day. It is not a law firm, not a mediator, not a bank, and nothing in the product is legal, financial, or medical advice. Records kept in Kidlytics are not a substitute for advice from a professional or for a court order.

Availability and changes

During founder testing, features may change or be unavailable and information may be reset. We will give notice of material changes to these terms where we reasonably can.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kidlytics at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend an account that is being used against these terms.
